0.0.9 version of pymfvu.

0.0.9 version of the new WMF/EMF filter prototype for sK1/Uniconvertor was released today. Changes:

• pattern filling code was changed to use *.png instead of arrays
• added workaround for Adobe Illustrator bug with rotated text (workaround is 'On' by default, and can be switched by 'Ctrl-W' or 'View->AI bug workaround' menu)
